It is good that this girl is wearing clean panties. In my country at school mostly boys are caned on their bottoms, Then on short-clad bottoms. Girls are caned on bottom not much frequently, only for serious offences. It is mostly in girls schools. Then only by lady teachers. I went to school in 70 and 80s. Then my sister who was going to a girls school used to share with us how naughty girls were canned by head mistress on their bottoms. Most of them couldn't afford plenty of pair of panties. sometime they had to war same pair for several consequent days. As in the case here, our masters in our school days, used to tap our bottom with the cane before waving it away from our bottom to hit us. When we feel tapping of the cane on our bottom it make us much frightened. Then we know that within seconds the cane will harshly come down on our bottom.

This girls goes through a very painful experience. Having 12 of such harsh caning on bear bottom can't be anyway bearable for me. As a school by several decades ago, I went through few times on caning on my bottom. Then we had them on our short clad bottom. In primary classes then we did not have underwears only shorts. Then pain was so much. Even during our days in higher classes having canings on out bottom clad with underwear and short was also unbearable. We had cane strokes for days on our bottoms.
